Cookie Policy
A short, complete list. ReplyPilot uses cookies to keep you signed in and a small amount of browser storage to remember what you were doing. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell anything to ad networks.

01Essential cookies
These are required for the service to work and cannot be turned off without breaking sign-in.
- Session cookies set by Clerk — keep you signed in and protect against cross-site request forgery. Removing them signs you out.
- Cookies set by Stripe — present on the checkout page for payment security and fraud prevention.
02Browser storage
These are stored by your browser rather than sent with every request. They exist to stop the product asking you the same thing twice.
- Demo handoff — if you try the demo on our homepage and then sign up, we keep the business you searched for and the draft we generated, so onboarding does not ask you to type it again and we do not pay to look up the same listing twice. It expires after 24 hours and is cleared once your workspace exists.
- Demo usage counters — count how many free demo runs you have used, so the homepage can tell you when you have reached the limit.
- Interface preferences — small values such as dismissed banners.
03Analytics and error reporting
We measure how the product is used so we can find where it breaks and where people get stuck. This is deliberately minimal:
- PostHog — product analytics: which screens are opened and which actions complete. Used to find dead ends, not to build advertising profiles.
- Vercel Analytics — aggregate page-view and performance measurement. It does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites.
- Sentry — records the technical details of an error when something crashes, so we can fix it.
04What we do not use
No advertising cookies. No retargeting pixels. No third-party trackers beyond those listed above. We do not sell or share browsing data.
05How to refuse them
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies and clear local storage in its settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in; blocking the rest only means the product forgets small conveniences.
To opt out of analytics specifically, enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser — we honour both — or email hello@replaypilot.online and we will exclude your account.
